Realizó sus estudios en la Universidad de Chile (Magister y Doctorado)

Lineas de Investigación: 

Fisiologia de estrés (plantas antárticas). Obtención biotecnológica de metabolitos secundários bioactivos (plantas nativas y endémicas).

Proyectos: 

SAEF: Securing Antartica´s Environmental Future (2021-2027) Respuestas de musgos antárticos al cambio climático (2017-2022).
