The Doctorate, created in 2003 and a pioneer in its area, has graduated 66 outstanding Doctors, who work in prestigious national and international institutions thanks to the high scientific and technological level acquired at the University of Santiago de Chile.

The excellence and prestige of the Biotechnology Doctorate program at the University of Santiago de Chile allows the students of the program to use various agreements with International Universities, and to opt for a double degree with the Technical University of Freiberg in Germany.
